Job Description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to design and build scalable, high-performance user interfaces for an AI/ML platform with 6+ Years of experience. This role partners closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to translate complex machine-learning workflows into intuitive, production-ready user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable frontend applications using React and Redux for AI/ML platforms.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to align UI components with machine-learning workflows and pipelines.
Integrate frontend applications with ML interface APIs and backend services to display real-time and batch inference results.
Optimize performance through lazy loading, memorization, and code splitting to support platform scalability and growth.
Efficiently handle large datasets using pagination, virtualization, and optimized rendering techniques.
Implement robust error handling and edge-case management for AI-driven features and workflows.
Develop unit and integration tests using React Testing Library to validate AI-driven UI flows.
Mock ML APIs and interface responses to ensure consistent, reliable test coverage.
Partner with product and design teams to create wireframes and translate them into responsive, production-ready UI components.
Participate in shared engineering responsibilities, including code reviews, bug fixes, production issue analysis, dependency upgrades, and refactoring.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with React, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful or ML inference APIs
Solid understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques
Experience building UI for data-heavy or analytics-driven applications
Hands-on experience with unit and integration testing frameworks
Strong collaboration skills across engineering, data science, and product teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on AI/ML platforms or data-driven products
Familiarity with real-time data visualization and asynchronous workflows
Understanding of ML lifecycle concepts (training, inference, model outputs)
Experience with design systems and responsive UI frameworks
