Q2C Billing Operations

• Manage end-to-end billing processes across the Q2C lifecycle (Quote → Order → Invoice → Cash).
• Ensure accurate invoicing for subscription, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models.
• Handle billing exceptions, adjustments, and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to ensure contract-to-bill alignment.
• Maintain compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15).

Agentic AI Integration & Automation

• Design and implement agentic AI workflows to automate billing operations (e.g., invoice generation, anomaly detection, collections prioritization).
• Leverage AI agents to:
  • Interpret contracts and pricing terms
  • Identify billing discrepancies proactively
  • Automate reconciliation and exception handling
• Partner with AI/engineering teams to deploy LLM-powered billing assistants and autonomous agents.
• Continuously optimize AI agent performance using feedback loops and real-world billing data.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze billing data to identify trends, leakage, and optimization opportunities.

Systems & Tools

• Work with Q2C platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, Stripe Billing, NetSuite).
• Integrate AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI APIs, internal agentic platforms) into billing workflows.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, billing, and ERP systems.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using AI-driven automation.
• Transition manual processes into autonomous or semi-autonomous agent workflows.
• Support the move from T&M-heavy operations to outcome-based, AI-enabled billing models.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-7+ years of experience in billing, revenue operations, or Q2C processes.
• Strong understanding of subscription and usage-based billing models.
• Hands-on experience with billing/ERP systems (e.g., Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ).
