Job Description
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our technology initiatives by aligning feature definitions, overseeing delivery execution, and facilitating cross-team collaboration. Reporting directly to the Strategist and Enterprise Architect, you will work closely with the Product Manager and Project Manager to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Feature Definition & Alignment: Collaborate with the Product Manager to refine features , and break them down into technical stories.
- Delivery Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery process, coordinating with engineering teams to drive execution, remove obstacles, and ensure timely completion.
- Strategic Alignment: Partner with the Strategist (Enterprise Architect) to manage dependencies and align deliveries across multiple teams.
- Program & Reporting Management: Work with the Project Manager to track progress, provide updates, and ensure transparency into key milestones.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive clarity and execution.
- SAFe Agile Execution: Lead and participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, ensuring a structured approach to feature planning and execution.
Job Requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a highly technical and results-driven leader with strong communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years in Technical Program Management, Technical Delivery, or Engineering Leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Technical Expertise: Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in software development or system architecture.
- Feature Development: Prior experience writing features and working closely with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of SAFe Agile, PI Planning, and Agile execution frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive projects to successful completion.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Location: Based in Carlsbad, CA (Onsite assignment)
- Candidates with experience in AWS & IOT Domain will be preferred.
- Willing to work and collaborate with the team based in India, and provide necessary overlap to ensure the success delivery of the project.
