Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall architectural design and strategy for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive architectural blueprint for ServiceNow implementations, including integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Oversee the implementation of complex ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of the ServiceNow environment to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Mentor and coach junior architects, developers, and administrators on ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to continuously enhance the platform.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system architecture, configurations, and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a proven track record of successful ServiceNow implementations.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and CMDB.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or other relevant certifications (including ITIL) are highly desirable.
