  • Provides level 2 escalation of support tickets
  • Effectively respond to critical customer outages related to systems faults and software bugs within the infrastructure
  • Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance
  • Work with various vendors on problem tickets and drive vendors to resolution and root cause
  • Developing and maintaining appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current
  • Ensures optimum efficiencies for the utilization of cloud services.
  • Mentor junior engineers within the team

You…

  • 2+ years of System Administration
  • 2+ years of intermediate Linux Administration experience (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat, etc.)
  • Solid Kubernetes experience
  • 2+ years of intermediate Cloud technologies experience (such as AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 2+ years of Networking experience (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, TLS)
  • 2+ years of Experience with Troubleshooting / Support experience
  • Agile Methodologies experience
