Contractor - W2
You will be part of the Mobile Application teams.
This role is to investigate technical incidents involving deployment, consumer complaints, application issues, API errors, app crashes, outages, etc.; mitigate these incidents, document them and drive them to closure.
The candidate will need to be available 1 weekend per month.
60% of the work will be incident management and response and 40% will be software related automation work.
Experience with mobile development languages such as Java, Kotlin (android), Swift (iOS), etc.
Experience on integration and usage of Mobile APM tools such as Fabric, Sentry, Dynatrace, MixPanel, App Dynamics etc. to analyze mobile app crashes
The candidate should have experience in change Management/ITIL
The candidate will need to understand cloud infrastructure and be comfortable with tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
The candidate should also have an understanding of Splunk or other monitoring tools in order to function effectively.
